Monitoring Center in Karabakh is a guarantee of stability - Russian President

“Russia-Turkey joint monitoring center in Karabakh is operating actively and is a guarantee of stability in the region,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi.

Note, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is on a working visit in Sochi.
